Records management and archival documents at our regional and Massachusetts Library of Last Recourse City of Boston Public Library Departments.

A relatively ancient prominent institution and
industrious bureaucracy of many departments within
itself, our BPL deserves better attention to improve
internal long range planning documentation and
generations of public internal historical
documentation.

Please consider arranging a tour of our regional and
Massachusetts Library of Last Recourse City of Boston
Public Library Departments records management and
archives around a variety of BPL public service
departments and BPL internal departments including but
not limited to the Presidents' office suite,
immediately surrounding offices, BPL business offices,
BPL auditing, BPL personnel human resources, et al.

A BPL records management and archives tour could include

1. Routine administrative matters open for public
examination without barriers to access, whether
intentional or not, including submitted documents
for BPL meetings of the board.

2. Archiving of current years public documents

3. Conditions of retrieval, storage, microform and
   access via web and email.

4. Arrangements for acquisition of BPL public documents
   for government documents department
   city collections.

5. ...?
