Demand for archivists and records managers in the 21st century

Does anyone have a feel for what the demand for records managers and archivists will be over the course of the next 10 years? Is the profession slated to keep growing? Also what effect will the retirement of baby boomer archivists/records managers have on the profession in terms of positions available? Just some intriguing questions that I can't quite make go away. Thanks for your help.
