Photographs donated digitally

Dear all

We have been donated floppy discs containing photos of television
personalities. We have been told by the donor that this is their
current method of distribution and that they can't give us
photographic prints. We have, up to now, had photographic prints made
from such discs (on a Pegasus printer through the commercial photo
lab we use). I'm inclined to continue this practice though the donor
told us just to print them out on a colour printer.

I would be interested to know what others do. We will be retaining
the disc as our original/preservation medium.

Thanks,

Sue
