I need your help about microfilming pay scales.....

Trust me this is archives business and I really need help..

Dear microfilm friends, digital gurus, space savers and anyone else who will help:. I have a problem that you can help me solve,.it seems that my leader wants me to find out what a person of my responsibilities is being paid around the country. So, Here are my responsibilities:

1- Supervision of all the microfilming archival documents, records (all types) and newspapers 175 from across the state.

2 - Our public research room that contains 5 readers and 2 reader printers and 40,000 rolls of microfilm.

3 - the film processing lab (which I operate and supervise).

4 - the maintenance of 4 microfilm cameras 6 microfilm readers and in my spare time I maintain the processing and duplication equipment but I don’t do windows, at any rate well, according to my wife.

I you can come even close please let me know what ever or who to contact to help this survey???

My classification is an "optical imaging specialist - III ( supervisor) and lastly I am a department head.

If you could take the time to find something close in your agency or state that would come close in some manner to my actual work and could pass this title and pay band along I would be ever so grate-ful.
