1-4 summary lines. Civic participation in long range planning.

A. Exactly what searching schemes and techniques have
   you used to find all the interesting hits?...

I am actually a big fan and look forward to your
regular compilations, especially regarding state and
local public records.



1. Please consider heading with about 1-4 summary lines
   at the top for each of the items included below in
   the compilation. Summary header lines at the top
   would allow review of overall content.


2. We need to encourage our Regional and Massachusetts
   Library of Last Recourse City of Boston Public
   Library Departments to consult colleagues like you.
   Our public records have too many barriers to hurtle
   for access adequately.

   Citizen participation in city long range planning
   has been diminished for lack of adequate access to
   public information. Our BPL needs to put archival
   records with respect to citizen participation in
   long range planning on the web,
