How to use our BPL Hum Dept. Regional & MA Library of Last Recourse.

With all due respect, here's an attempt to create
alternate resources for
a. public library users/customers/consumers
b. public library personnel, spouses, family, friends and
c. public library unions collective bargaining units
   labor relations advocates
who've not been regarded worthy of the most robust
forthcoming, willing and unfettered of our BPL Hum Dept
energies

Our Regional and Massachusetts Library of Last Recourse
BPL Hum Dept Ref Desk customer services have been very
problematical to use most effectively.

Please do consider regularly sending along to
dsaklad@gnu.org

any further material by way of information and details
about our BPL Hum Dept Collections and Services, or
make available better and more details via BPL links
http://www.bpl.org

I remain, as always, one of many advocating for
institutional change and for improving the
organizational culture of our cities' public libraries!

All the best!
