On commercial river trips, if a guest forgets their raingear or their
bag for their personal gear at the end of the trip, the crew gives
them a big plastic garbage bag.  For rain, you cut out holes for
arms and head like a poncho.  Either way it's always called " Blank
River Expeditions Designer rainwear/luggage."
