Re: College/University Archives -- Professional Standard Committe e Minutes



One consideration on the restricted access issue is this?  Are the records
considered public.  If you have state funding, you are a state institution,
then they are.  If not, then the restriction isn't a problem.
Also, the retention period for job applicants is pretty low (3 years here),
so those could be weeded regularly, or kept in separate files, if possible.
