An RWA with hot lights

Dear list members,

I just got a call from one of those previously-discussed
RWAs. She wants to make a film, and to save the cost
of making prints, she wants to bring in a video camera
and film the prints here in the archives. I know that hot
lights will cause photographs to curl, and I'd like to set up
some rules that will safeguard the photographs.

Does anyone have similar rules that they'd be willing to
share? Or is it best just to prohibit the filming of photgraphs?
This person may try to go over my head, so I want to be well
grounded in facts beforehand, but I haven't had any luck finding
helpful information in my reference books.

Thanks in advance,
Joy Kingsolver
