On e-Bay

I regularly peruse e-Bay's auctions for unusual items and have been lucky in
a few. I primarily search the photograph collectibles area. Anyway there is
one seller that has me troubled. He appears to be auctioning copies of
photographs that come from (he claims) a private collection. Just today I
found a photograph that he has identified as having been eventually donated
to the University of Louisville as part of another collection. I have
provided below a link to his e-Bay site as I thought others on this list
might be interested to see what is there.
Be careful the link may wrap
<http://cgi6.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewListedItems&userid=championss
tuff&include=0&since=-1&sort=2&rows=25>

Here is the link to one of the photos that has heightened my curiousity

Am I righ to be concerned or am I worrying about nothing.
