free in the Albany, NY area

Hello All!

I am posting this message on behalf of a colleague.

We have a Gaylord Brothers metal rolling desk with six large hinged
compartments on top. It was used in our library years ago to hold volumes
of the CBI (each hinged section folds down onto the narrow desktop, helping
manage very fat volumes). It is metal, with grey paint, and is in good
condition. A date cannot be found on it, but we are guessing it is from the
1960s or 70s.

Did this type of furniture have a specific name?
Does it have any value?
Is anyone in the Albany, NY area interested in it?

Thank you.
