MS Access

I would not uses Access unless you have no other choice. My
library/archives datebase is in Access because they refused to buy anything
else since we already had the Office Suite. There are glitches in Access
that no one seems to be able to fix. I cannot search in the field I set up
for subjects. I get the message "Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the
process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data
at the same time". 1) I am not trying to change data; I am just trying to
search. 2) No other users have access to this database. Also Access is very
user unfriendly.
