This seems to be a back formulation from "everything
is political" to "everything is archival."

Most professional archivists don't express their
political opinions at work because they are
__professionals__--pure professionalism, not fear of
resprisal. There are issues which should be kept
outside of party politics--archivy is one--mold,
refoldering, EAD, electronic records, etc. have no
party and Democrats and Republicans and Socialists
should be able to discuss these issues sans the static
of politics.
