Turn Indicator: ON...Re: Road songs
And the mention of Mahler raises the classical thread: possibly the oldest
"road trip" songs:
The Cantigas of the Camino del Santiago that were sung by those making the
religioius pilgrimage to Santiago, Spain...earliest manuscripts from the
14th century.
