Subject: White Ink
Dear Colleagues,
My archives recently acquired a photo album/scrapbook that has black pages
with captions written in white ink. Over the years, the white ink has
flaked away, leaving only a sheen on the page. The words are no longer
distinguishable to the naked eye. Can any of you recommend techniques by
which we might distinguish the captions? Thank you for your help.
