Thought you might be interested in this note from Gary Hartman regarding flood damage at the University of Houston Law Library.

We're all OK, but the school is probably out of commission for at least a month. The lower level of the library was under 8 feet of water for 48 hours, and I don't know what can be salvaged. The collections down there included F&I, gov docs, states collection, and the entire microfiche collection. Major disaster...

Thanks for the note. We only got the servers moved & running late Tues., so there hasn't been much time or opportunity to communicate w/ the outside world. We're slowly adding info on our web site, so you can check there for updates.

Gary - someone on our faculty said that your library was devastated by the flood. I tried to call you and the phones seem to be out.

Are you all right?

Keith
