Daniel - in a case like this, you might consider the end use of the
materials.  If researchers are likely to come in asking for THAT PERSON'S
stuff, you should keep it together.  However, if they are more likely to be
asking for the specific subject matter, then breaking up the materials
makes more sense.  You know the collection and its users - it's probably
okay to go with your gut feeling....     ;->            ttfn - Jill in
