Learn why you do things the way you do and earn ed. credit too

Patti O'Hara, Co-Director of Education at SAA, and I will be leading a workshop at SAA that also has space for those of you who want to learn more about themselves and also earn credit for certification maintenance.
Patti is a licensed administrator of Myers-Briggs tests. Each attendee at the workshop will take a Myers-Briggs to determine his or her personality type. Over the remainder of the day, the two of us will lead learners through a variety to exercizes to help them understand how their personality type affects everything they do.
Some of you may be familiar with my article on this topic in Provenance a while back. Barbara Craig has just published a similar study of Canadian archivists in Archivaria . Ann Pederson has been conducting a similar study of archivists in Australia. We hope that archivists elsewhere will undertake similar studies of archivists in their countries.
I look forward to seeing many of you in DC before long.
