I don't know what you consider cost prohibitive, but if you are interested in a reasonable, easy to use, flexible, web-based system, you might want to look at ContentDM (http://contentdm.com/).

Good morning all,

I just received an inquiry from a local commercial photographer regarding
databases for cataloging photographs.   Does anyone know of a good db
software  for cataloging photographs that is not cost prohibitive?
