I have a suggestion for procedure. If you're going to transcribe these
things, and it's not going to cause you more problems, run a tape
recorder, too. It's a whole lot easier to use a transcribing machine and
work from a tape than to use the video itself.  Sure, you can make an
audio tape from playing the video, but it will be harder to understand.
