Re: audio rights

Title: RE: audio rights

Speaking of rights -- we've got commercial and non-commercial organizations seeking access to our broadcast materials for documentary production. I'm in search of some good sample contract/licensing language. I would appreciate any suggestions.

What do other archives charge for permission to use images for television
programs,e.g.,History Channel?
Does television demand a less strigent fee than print medium?  Is $250 per
image excessive?
Do you charge a different rate for Print, Television, etc.
