Musty



The idea that it is journalists only who perpetuate this image of
"dusty" or "musty" archivists is interesting.  Actually, I find this
precise imagery in many recent histories, written by scholars and
academics.  The imagery is pervasive, long-lived, and unlikely ever to
disappear.
