Electronic Records FAQ's

Seasons greetings to all.

Please excuse any cross-postings.

After having searched the list archives and coming up
empty, I would like to post this to the list.

I am trying to develop an electronic records
"frequently asked questions" page for the records
management section of the KDLA web site. I have
visited some other state archives web sites and found
some FAQs, but I was wondering if anybody else, or
some that I may have overlooked, had any out there to
share or new of some to look at.

I have found a couple of general electronic records
FAQs from the North and South Carolina state archives,
and an E-mail FAQ from the Oregon state archives, and
some digital imaging FAQs from NARA, Minnesota, and
Indiana. All of which have been very helpful.

Before anybody asks the obvious, I do have an actual
list of frequently asked questions that we have
received, but I was interested in seeing what other
issues folks have dealt with. This document may
become somewhat of a lead-in to a broader electronic
records management document(s).

Please feel free to respond to me directly at the
e-mail listed below.

Thank-you and have a very Merry Holiday and Happy New
Year.
