Within the last month I have posted at least two stories (search under
RAIN) concerning President Bush's gubernatorial papers that were placed at
the Bush Presidential Library.

Texas does have a law concerning the papers. read the articles. I believe
that Virginia also has a law concerning the papers of former governors.
