This assumes that a loan was required in addition to monies received when
the cow was sold. However if a young bull was bought the cost would be lower
and any monies saved would be used to buy a second cow, thus allowing the
dairyman the ability to grow into the large corporation.

Another scenario is that the bank sells your loan to someone else and you
renegotiate the loan with the buyer at a lower rate, thus reducing your loan
payments.

But finally if you are current on any loan payments why would the bank call
in the loan in the first place?
