Re: earthquake in Alaska-snow in Alabama!



In the meantime, 75 miles north of New York City, it's 41 degrees. I think it was 1815 that was called the "year without a summer" because the debris from a major volcanic eruption messed up the climate; it's beginning to look as if this year will be the "year without a winter" for us here. Of course, we still have the rest of February and March to get through. But I'm beginning to wonder if Buffalo got all our snow this year.
