Open government. Boston City Hall.



Legitimately public municipal government documents are banned in
 Boston at Boston City Hall departments have included even Public
 Libraries Department, City Council, City Clerk, et al. Looking the
 other way for the most part, established agencies of oversight
 include the Massachusetts Public Records Division, Boston Finance
 Commission, Boston Municipal Research Bureau, McCormick Institute of
 Public Affairs, Boston Globe, Boston Herald, Boston Phoenix et al.
