That is correct--I did a "view source" and the
</a> tag is missing after the last part of the link which is actually
two lines below the main portion of the URL--see code snippet below. The
problem is that the browser is including all subsequent text in the URL until it
encounters the next </a> tag at the end of the next news
item.
