Re: yellow dust cloths and dirt and mildew
There are several websites out there that talk about dust cloths from a
library/archives preservation point of view. A Google search on "yellow dust
cloths" will get you there.
The yellow cloths are treated with mineral oil, I believe. If you do use
them, don't leave them sitting on anything you value, since the oil will
eventually leach out and cause a greasy stain.
