Re: removing box labels from manuscript boxes

Nope, but I have a suggestion which I've decided is the better approach.
I've ordered custom made mylar sleeves (both from Metal Edge and Gaylord)
that I stick to the boxes with double sided tape. The envelopes are closed
on three sides, and I've made my own labels in Word that I put in the
sleeves.

This way, if the contents of the box change, I just pull out the paper label
& replace it with a new one, & I never have to worry about getting old
labels off. The sleeves run between 65-75 cents apeice, and Gaylord at
least could make them either 3 mil or 4 mil mylar. I have to cut them down
to size for half width document cases, but I use so few of those it's
simpler to have them made up at 3" X 3" and cut them when I need to.

Maybe it's too little too late for your issue, but in the spirit of offering
information to the listers, lurkers, and layabouts, I thought I'd post it
publicly. :P
