web capture as evidence of software distribution

This story demonstrates a case in which snapshots of web pages are intended to be used as evidence of
illegal activity. The verdict is still out on whether or not this will actually work. One
interesting characteristic of the system from a recordkeeping perspective: submitters of page
snapshots do not need to give their true identity.
