Re: database systems

I don't know about Luna, but we are quite happy with CONTENTdm. It is being adopted by the Utah Academic Libraries Consortium to support a statewide approach to imaging.

We use it for the Shipler Collection of glass plate negatives (http://history.utah.org/photos/c275/) and the University of Utah uses it for a variety of projects (http://www.lib.utah.edu/digital/digcol.html). As you can see, it is very flexible and allows each project to define display formats and searches.

We are looking to purchase either Content DM or Luna Imaging for
our Photograph Digitization Project, can I get some feedback from
ya'll about your experience with these.

Thanks,

Kathy Smith
