yeah nasty old profit! Just remember the lyrics from 'Cabaret' "money makes
the world go round, world go round..."

Look upon this as a real opportunity to make folks aware of the archives and
what it can do. Think beyond just the oral histories and expend a little
time and effor to put together a really nice CD with photos, music etc. The
oral histories can be used to explain old photographs and the old
photographs can be used to illustrate the spoken words. Think of it as a
computerized documentary.

Your production costs should be small as you would need a scanner, a
CD-burner, a CD-label printer, CDs etc. The reall effort comes in the
production value. Look to some of the students there at Wake Forest to
assist in the development/production.

Don't be shy, here is a real opportunity.  There is nothing wrong with
profits. The funds raised can be used for all sorts of things.
