What I was going to say (before the Internet so rudely intercepted my
stray keystroke as a "send" command...) was that it will be interesting
to watch the development and growth of what plans to be an
international public library, an ambitious plan in itself, not to mention
its digital ambitions.

And also encouraging/discouraging are the remarks of Siva
Vaidhyanathan, University of Wisconsin-Madison, re: the strength of
today's copyright laws restricting the digital dissemination of
information the bibliotheca hopes to achieve.
