CWRM 181: Leadership Skills for Records Managers: The People Side of
Records Management
This course equips the records manager or supervisor with the fundamentals
of leadership and the skills of using leadership appropriately to influence
others. This course thoroughly explores the interpersonal skills of
leadership and will provide participants with the building blocks of effective
leadership and the interpersonal skills of influencing peers, top managers and
employees. As
competition externally and cooperation internally
become the focal points of organizations, leaders must be developed and
refined. This course exposes managers to the intricacies of leadership
ethics and effective uses of leadership.
