When I was employed at (I stress) another institution, a faculty member
asked me if I could put Howard's End on reserve.  The conversation went
something like this:

Me: Sure, no problem.  Do you want the video, too?
Her: There's a video?  That would be great!

When her students arrived that evening looking for Howard Zinn they were,
to say the least, confused.
