PURPOSE OF POSITION
Manage photograph and motion picture film collections, including all
aspects of still and moving image preservation. Provide reference
assistance, tours, prepare exhibits, process and catalog collections.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in History, Liberal Arts or Library Science.
EXPERIENCE
3 years experience working in Archival setting providing reference and
processing collections. (Certification in moving image media preservation
{must provide copy of certificate} or a Masters Degree in History, Liberal
Arts, or Library Science may substitute for 2 years of experience.)

Special Conditions: Strong oral, communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions: Professional Archival setting. May require long hours
of viewing photographs and motion picture film, lifting boxes/books up to
40lbs, working with soiled documents. Some travel may be required. Work
assignments are carried out under the supervision of the Chief Agency
