Re: Mobile Shelving Service Contract



Alan,

  We've had a Spacesaver manual installation for over ten years. My
recollection is that we've had one service call for the system (plus the
university crew had to replace a section of the raised flooring that
mysteriously rotted out). I have to WD-40 some of the overhead supports to
keep the squeaking down once in a while, but that's been about it.

  I think the system has been remarkably reliable with few of the problems
I've heard about from others with motorized systems.
