Thank you Stephen for your comment,
Are there copy of ancient Greek text other then LXX on Isaiah 42:1 and 42:19. Is there a copy of Symmachus online on Isaiah 42 or any other ancient Greek text on Isaiah 42?
Thank You.

Acts 9:31 has phrase "ekklēsia kath’ holēs". The Greek word "ekklēsia" is used in LXX and so it does not mean a "Christian Church " it just mean assembly of people. In LXX how is the word used. Is it usually ekklēsia of Greek, or Israelite?

Well, no, it doesn't really have that phrase. The phrase that contains καθ’ ὅλης is this:David Solomon wrote: ↑August 1st, 2017, 6:00 pm Acts 9:31 has phrase "ekklēsia kath’ holēs". καθ’ ὅλης τῆς Ἰουδαίας καὶ Γαλιλαίας καὶ Σαμαρείας
If you add in Ἠ ἐκκλησία you have to add in the entire phrase found above:
Ἠ ἐκκλησία καθ’ ὅλης τῆς Ἰουδαίας καὶ Γαλιλαίας καὶ Σαμαρίας
You need to get started learning how to read Greek sentences, and your questions need to start being about that process. B-Greek is not for answering questions for people who do not know Greek and are not actively learning it.
You can easily look up the answer to your question in a lexicon. It is answered in this lexicon, together with the Hebrew word that it translates. Given your interest in Hebrew and the LXX, you might also be interested in Hatch & Redpath, a concordance to the Greek LXX that also shows the Hebrew word a given word translates for a verse.David Solomon wrote: ↑August 1st, 2017, 6:00 pmIn LXX how is the word used. It looks like section you underlined is for the word Servant in Hebrew. It looks like in LXX the Hebrew word k-meshullam is translated Greek "απεσχηκώς" which does not look correct.Stephen Hughes wrote: ↑August 1st, 2017, 5:47 am The reference to the verse I quoted is Isaiah 42:19
The LXX reads καὶ τίς τυφλὸς ἀλλ’ ἢ οἱ παῖδές μου καὶ κωφοὶ ἀλλ’ ἢ οἱ κυριεύοντες αὐτῶν καὶ ἐτυφλώθησαν οἱ δοῦλοι τοῦ θεοῦ.

The English translation of Isaiah 42:19 from LXX
19And who is blind, but my servants? and deaf, but they that rule over them? yea, the servants of God have been made blind.
International Standard Bible Encyclopedia compares Hebrew "Meshullam" with Arabic "Muslim".

Symmachus renders (כמשׁלם kı̂meshullâm) to, "Ὡς ὁ τέλειος" "as the perfect".
Greek τέλειος is translated to "Perfect" and Hebrew "Meshullam" is translated to "Perfect".
