Easement Papers for the Davis Family

The resting place of the lost Goldsboro nuclear bomb lies on C. T. Davis's farm. To prohibit digging on the site, the United States government paid a sum of $1000 to the Davis family for permanent rights to a small circle of land, just 200 feet in diameter.
