I too, am concerned about this. Here in Central Texas we are already up to
the 80+ and the brew is staying at about that ambient air temp, even with
the motor heating the water. I have an EPM machine. I suspect that as the
temp goes up above 90 degrees that I will have to either move it into an air
conditioned area or quit making tea (oh no!)

Surely my wife won't mind if I put in the spare bathtub! But then all those
customers tramping through the house to get their tea........
