[compost_tea] Is rotting fish fungal food?

This is one of the reasons why my company always touts that our fish
hydrolysate is enzymatically digested. This is an aerobic process,
usually done in a matter of hours at a very low temp. If you buy
hydrolized fish please make sure it has been enzymatically digested.
We are not the only ones on the market that do this - just the ones
that do it the best, IMHO :)

Beware of the fish products that have been cooked (proteins
denatured), or fermented, an anaeorbic process.
