[compost_tea] How to get more fungi in the soil if my teas are highly bacterial?

I believe my teas are more bacterial than fungal because I use a lot
of rotten fish scraps mixed with compost and leaves, cattle feeds
loaded with corn and oats and wheat, alfalfa hay, and dry molasses.

If I sprinkle corn meal or alfalfa meal around my plants on the mulch
before I sprinkle the tea as a foliar feed and soil drench, can I
ever get any mycorhizza fungi to grow in the plant roots in the soil?
