The well developed easily vivible hyphae of compos don'e seem to make it in ACT.. I get better numbers when hyphae are not visible. Paul, Do you see hyphae in the compost when you get those high numbers? Elaine - will the spores become hypgae during a 24 hour brew? Or in the bottle on the way to SFI = or in the tank on the way to application? Better to apply spores to the soil anyhow?? Do you have a way to measure spore at SFI? Do you prefer one question at a time Elaine?, Love, Bob
