Of course, but I was responding to someone who thought that
facilitation of proliferation was a valid argument against nuclear
energy.  I was merely showing that this shoe fits more than one foot.
Rejecting nuclear energy for its proliferation potential, while
accepting renewable hydrogen, would be hypocritical.
