The Rural Advancement Foundation International (RAFI) is happy to announce
our new WWW site.   At our site, you'll find a growing archive of RAFI
materials, including internet editions of our newsletter (RAFI Communique),
information about RAFI's staff and funders, our Occasional Paper series,
works in progress, and much more.  Our site aims to go well beyond the
usual "online brochure" approach to WWW.  Point your browser to the

RAFI is an international non-governmental organization headquartered in
Ottawa, Ontario (Canada) and with offices in Pittsboro, North Carolina
(USA).  RAFI is dedicated to the conservation and sustainable improvement
of agricultural biodiversity, and to the socially responsible development
of technologies useful to rural societies.  RAFI is concerned about the
loss of genetic diversity - especially in agriculture - and about the
impact of intellectual property rights on agriculture and world food
security.
