I know everyone has them. We have a group of 5 and they just aren't happy
with the food we give them. In fact, at least one has taken to eating the
mealworms I put out for the bluebirds. A couple of others have taken a
fancy to drinking the hummingbird solution!
I hate to buy poles and baffles for everything, so I am wondering if there
are other alternatives. I have heard that you could use Cayenne or some
other peppers to make the seed too hot for them. Anyone try this? I have
seen (and bought) hot pepper suet, but our squirrels have developed a taste
for it.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
