unusual phoebe

On a recent birdwalk we had a phoebe that was different from others
in the same area . It was the same size and shape of a phoebe, hawked
insects over the creek, bobbed its tail., and had no wingbars or eye
ring. What made it unusual is that its head
and back were brown, the throat and belly were very white, and it had a
pronounced brown belly band, Has anyone run into this coloration before?
