Bio-Blitz on the Parkway

While the Bio-Blitz appears to be developing a tradition of attracting heavy
rains I think we may have set a record this year. We ended up with over three
inches from Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. Despite this we were
able to come up 38 species for the weekend. Thanks to the Bio-Blitz birders
Marek Smith, Lisa Beckstrom, Lillian McElrath, Dolly Rose and Rebecca Silver for
putting up with the rain and helping with the Blitz.
