RE: Eurasian Collared Dove display

The mourning dove numbers do not appear to be influenced by either the
collared or white-winged dove. The population numbers for both exotics have
increased dramatically over the last decade. I believe that this increase
has lead to Florida allowing the harvest of all three during "dove season".
Not sure if any research is being conducted exploring their influence on
other species. Both White-winged and collared make up the majority at
feeders in Urban areas, and do they ever eat.
